Reuters Insight has strived to create a best-in-class compliance framework designed to benefit and protect all constituents. Our framework creates a secure environment for expert interactions where all parties involved can feel comfortable that their needs and concerns have been met and addressed.
- CONSULTATION PROCESS – We engage in a thorough pre-consultation process to ensure that an expert is eligible to participate in any proposed consultation.
- RESTRICTIONS MANAGEMENT – We have internal restrictions that apply to all of our consultations and can create and implement custom restrictions on behalf of our clients.
- GOVERNING DOCUMENTS – Our Compliance Policy is the central document outlining the rules and regulations by which we conduct our business, as well as the standards to which we hold both our experts and our clients. Our Community Agreement governs all of our expert interactions and exists to prevent the sharing of improper information.
- REPORTING – We keep thorough and accurate consultation records and can create customized activity reports for our clients.
