Consultation Certification

The Consultation Certification is an online learning module for experts. The Certification does three important things:

  • Reinforces key elements of the Community Agreement.
  • Requires experts to review interactive ‘real-world’ situations&answer questions such as whether certain information was material/non-public or whether a specific client/expert pairing posed a conflict of interest.
  • Offers guidance on standard Reuters Insight Consultation practices.

Before engaging in their first consultation, all experts must successfully complete the Reuters Insight Consultation Certification

Experts are only required to complete the module once, but are required to review the module material on a yearly basis in order to maintain a valid certification.
