COMPLIANCE POLICY
Our Compliance Policy is the central document outlining the rules and regulations by which we conduct our business, as well as the standards to which we hold both our experts and our clients. All of our employees are required to read, sign and abide by the policy, and we have implemented processes and procedures to ensure that the compliance policy is followed by all relevant stakeholders. Our policy is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure we remain current with industry best practices, as well as any regulatory changes.
COMMUNITY AGREEMENT
Although our clients are not party to our Community Agreement, all of our experts are required to review and accept the current version of this document prior to participating in a consulting project. The agreement includes practical guidelines to avoid conflicts of interest and specific prohibitions against the sharing of material non-public information. Experts understand that a client’s identity, the nature of their query and any information gained via consultation engagements is to be considered strictly confidential.
