All parties involved in a consultation – experts, clients and Reuters Insight – are bound by all applicable securities laws. In order to protect our experts, clients and our business, we require that members of the Reuters Insight Community of Experts understand, embrace and adhere to a number of compliance measures:
CONSULTATION PROCESS – We engage in a thorough pre-consultation process to ensure that an expert is eligible to participate in any proposed consultation.
COMMUNITY AGREEMENT – Our Community Agreement governs all of our expert interactions and exists to prevent the sharing of improper information.
CONSULTATION CERTIFICATION – This is our online learning module designed to reinforce our experts’ understanding and acceptance of our protocols.
CONSULTATION RESTRICTIONS – Consultation restrictions can prohibit an expert from participating in a particular consultation.
